Is the unit strong enough?  Yes, comfortably strong, there's a rotary attachment when in doubt.

What pad size can the machine take?  The plate is 38mm, about 1.5".  But can take 1~2" pads with slight under/over pad hang. The best-fitting pads are Shinemate's 1.5 incher's.  See below for 1 & 2" pad options.

Important: Charging plug is EU Spec, will need a plug adapter!
